Take the Pledge!

Thank You for Taking a Stand Against Racism!

Nearly 750 sites in 44 states, and the District of Columbia, took a Stand Against Racism this year between April 23rd and 26th. Stand Against Racism was founded in 2007 by YWCA Princeton and YWCA Trenton and is one part of the YWCA’s national strategy to eliminate racism.

A special thank you to everyone who participated on social media by using #StandAgainstRacism and #YWbk, sending event photos, and lifting up messages of racial justice. Here are some of the highlights from the YWCA of Brooklyn:

You can still participate by signing the National Pledge Against Racism, and by continuing to share on social media why YOU stand against racism along with the hashtags #StandAgainstRacism and #YWbk!
